"Solid gear that actually holds up"
I picked up a pair of running shoes and some gym shorts from Dick’s, and so far they’ve been good. I’ve used them for a few weeks now, and the shoes still look nice while the shorts haven’t really shrunk much in the wash. Obviously, you’d expect workout stuff to survive normal use, and this does. The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but the quality feels solid enough that I’m not regretting it.

I ordered a pair of shoes and some socks, and to their credit, everything actually showed up when they said it would. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. The box looked like it had been through a rough day, but the shoes and socks were fine inside. Overall, solid shipping experience, and I’d probably order again...

"I tried to return a pair of shoes..."
I tried to return a pair of shoes and it turned into this whole back-and-forth mess between the store and online support. Everyone kept giving me these polished little “we’re here to help” lines, but nobody could actually tell me what was going on. The refund dragged on forever, and I felt like I was just being passed around until I gave up. not worth the hassle...

"Good deals when there’s a sale"
I’ve bought from Dick’s a handful of times and the prices can be solid, especially if you catch a promo code or dig through the clearance section. I got a pair of shoes for less than I was seeing anywhere else, which was nice. Shipping wasn’t super fast or anything, but it was fine. No real issues

"Usually I can find what I’m looking for"
I’ve had a good experience shopping at Dick’s. They had a nice mix of sizes and brands actually in stock, which was helpful because I needed shoes and some gear and didn’t really want to go searching around on a bunch of different sites. It was just easier, basically, and I found the stuff I needed without too much of the whole hassle thing.

"It works, but it feels a little clunky sometimes"
The app does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much, but it does feel a bit clunky here and there. The site is okay overall, just not the smoothest experience, and sometimes I’m clicking around thinking, okay, why is this taking an extra step? It’s usable, just could be a little cleaner and easier to move through

"Way better help than I’ve had at other stores"
I stopped in today to look for cleats and the staff made it super easy. They helped me find the right pair quickly and were really nice the whole time. compared to some other sporting goods stores where you’re left wandering around, this was a much better experience.
